University in the SWe ofUttarakhand, established under the Utlar Pradesh State Universities h t k b Act 22 of 1973 Act, 1973, shall be established as bodies corporate under this Act by the same names of Rccldmrs.4cl "GuI-J Ghcuidas Wshwavidphys". "Dodor HarisinghGour Viwavidyslaya"and"Hemvsti ,973 Nandan Bahuguna Gsrhwal University", respectively. (2) The headquattm of GUN Ghmidas Vishwavidyalaya, Donor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyahya and Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University shall be at Bilaspur, Sagar and Srinagar, respectively. (3) The jurisdiction of GUN Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya and Hetnvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, shall extend to the Bilaspur, Raigarh and Surguja districts of the State of Chhanisgarh, the Sagar. Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Panna. Chhindwara and Damoh districts of the State of Madhya Pradesh, and the Chamoli, Dehradun, Garhwl, Hardwar, Rudraprayag,Tehri G&wl and Ultarkashi di&& of the State of Uttarakhand, respectively. SEC.
