No act done, or proceedings taken, under this Act by any authority or other body of the University shall be invalid merely on the ground of, - (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority or body; or (b) any defect or irregularity in nomination or appointment of a person acting as member thereof; or Functions of the Finance Committee Other authorities Disqualification for membership of an authority or body.
