- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Bovine BreedingAct, 2016
- S. 2In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, - Definitions
- S. 3Section 3 establishes a Bovine Breeding Authority in Punjab to oversee bovine breeding programs and manage related expert committees.
- S. 4The Headquarter of the Authority shall be at the office of the Director the Authority
- S. 5(I) The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the Authority
- S. 8Section 8 grants the Authority jurisdiction over bovine breeding activities in Punjab and powers to obtain information and regulate semen stations.
- S. 10Section 10 mandates registration for entities to operate semen banks in Punjab.
