The Government may, suo-motu or on an application moved by any person considering himselfaggrieved from any order or decision of the Board made under this Act, review such order or decision and make such order thereon as it thinks fit: Provided that before any order is made under this section, the Government shall afford to any person, likely to be adversely affected by such order, an opportunity of being heard.
