(1) When a permanent vacancy occurs in the office of the pujari of Filling of vacancy the Shrine, the pujari shall be appointed by the Board or by an officer authorized '" ue office of by it. pujaris. - (2) When a temporary vacancy occurs in such an office by reason of the suspension of a pujari, a pujari in his place shall be appointed by the Board or the officer authorized by it to discharge the functions of the pujari until his disability ceases.
