PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JUNE 04, 2015 (JYST 14, 1937 SAKA) (xxv) to frame statutes, ordinances and regulations for carrying out the objects of the University; and (xxvi) to perform all such other functions, which may be necessary or desirable in furtherance of the objects of the University.
