Appointment of Chairman and Vice-Chairman 2[(1) The State Government shall appoint a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman from amongst the members of the Committee: Provided that no official member of a Committee shall be entitled to be appointed its chairman or vice-chairman. (2) The Committee may by a majority of two-thirds of total members, at a meeting specially convened for the purpose pass a resolution for the removal of any of the office bearers and any resolution so passed shall be subject to confirmation by the Board.
