(1) The Trustee Committee shall cause to be printed and distributed the stamps of the value of the 1[rupees eight] and with the Bar Council emblem and its value inscribed thereon. 2[(2) The Stamps shall be of the size 28mm x 39mm and shall be sold by the Trustee Committee.] (3) The custody of the Stamps shall be with the Trustee Committee.
