(1) The Vice-Chancellor, shall be appointed by the Chancellor from amongst the panel of three persons recommended by the Governing Body. 2) No person shall be appointed as Vice-Chancellor, unless he possesses such qualifications, as are specified by the University Grants Commission (3).
