(1) The Board and the Planning Authority shall carry out such directions as may be issued from time to time by the Government for the efficient administration of this Act and the Planning Authority shall carry out also such directions as may be issued from time to time by the Board for the purpose. (2) If in, or in connection with, the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions by any Planning Authority under this Act, any dispute arises between the Planning Authority under this Act, any dispute arises between the Planning Authority, the local authority the Board and the Government, the decision of the Government on such disputes shall be final.
