(1) At any time after the date on which the Development Plan for an area comes into operation, the Planning Authority may, and after every five years shall, carry out fresh surveys as it or the Board or the Government may consider necessary and shall review and submit to the Board and the Government any alteration or addition considered necessary to the Development Plan in operation. (2) The provisions of sub-section (2) of section 30 and sections 31, 32 and 33 with such modifications as may be necessary shall apply to such Development Plan.
