(1) The University shall prepare Annual Report for each financial year containing such particulars as the Board of Governors may specify and shall submit to the Board of Governors on or before such date as may be prescribed. (2) The copy of the Annual Report approved by the Board of Governors shall be submitted to the Government and the Government shall cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Puducherry in accordance with such provisions as may be laid down by the Government.
