(1) The Collector or the survey officer may, with the consent of all the parties concerned, refer to arbitration any dispute as to a boundary. *Chapter III (sections 15 to 23) deleted by Act 28 of 1970 w.e.f 11.01.1971 vide Notification in Gaz. No.1 dated 05.01.1971. 49 (2) The decision of the Collector or the survey officer passed in accordance with such award shall be conclusive between the parties to such arbitration and those claiming under them. Registered holder may recover expenses paid by him from the owner of the land, may acquire a charge upon the land to that extent
