Removal of shops and establishments from the register. – An employer closing a shop and establishment falling under provisions of this Act shall, within ten days of his doing so, notify to the Inspector in writing of such closure. The Inspector shall, on receiving such notice and on being satisfied about its correctness, remove such establishments or shops covered by this Act from the register of shops and establishments and cancel the registration certificate.
