Pay during annual holidays. – Every person employed shall, for the holidays or the period of the leave allowed under sub-section (1) or (2) of section 28, be paid at a rate equivalent to the daily average of his wages for the days on which he actually worked during the preceding three months exclusive of any earnings in respect of overtime.
