Travelling facilities. – A member shall be entitled to rail travel coupon books, in the form as may be prescribed, for self or with a person accompanying the member, to travel any number of times to any place in India, during a financial year: Provided that the money value of the coupon books used shall not exceed four times the fare of single air-conditioned two-tier journey between Delhi and Kanyakumari in a financial year. * Amended vide Act No.6 of 2010.
