(1) For the purposes of assisting the Board in exercising its powers, discharging its duties or performing its functions as may be specified by it, the Board may constitute one or more Committees. (2) The Committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall consist of such members as may be specified by the Board and such members shall also include persons other than the members of the Board.
