The executive authority, the Health Officer or any other Officer of the local authority or of the Government duly authorised in this behalf may enter and inspect any premises for the purpose of enforcing any of the provisions of this chapter: Provided that no entry shall be made between sunset and sunrise except when the nuisance is caused by anything done or omitted to be done in the premises between sunset and sunrise.
