Advocates entitled to practise before High Court

Advocates entitled to practise before High Court.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), but subject to such rules as may be framed by the High Court, any person who is entitled to practise before the Tribunal Superieur d’ Appeal at Pondicherry shall be recognised as an advocate entitled to practise in the High Court in relation to cases coming before the High Court from Pondicherry.
