Pawnbrokers to exhibit their names over shops, etc. – Every pawnbroker shall -- (a) always keep exhibited in large characters over the outer door of his shop or place of business his name with the word Pawnbroker in the chief language of the locality; and (b) always keep placed in a conspicuous part of his shop or place of business so as to be legible to all persons resorting thereto the information required to be printed on pawn tickets by rules made under this Act in the chief language of the locality.
