(1) Every owner of a registered fishing vessel shall furnish to the authorised officer at such interval and in such manner such return as may be prescribed. (2) The authorised officer may enter upon and inspect any registered fishing vessel at any time to verify the correctness of any return furnished by the owner under sub-section (1). Finality of orders under sections 6, 8 and 9
