The Land Board shall, subject to such rules as may be made by the Government in this behalf, manage the lands vested in them, until they are assigned under *[section 106,] by making arrangements for their cultivation and protection. (1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute one or more Land Tribunal or Land Tribunals for any class of cases specified in the notification, for the purpose of performing the functions of a Land Tribunal under this Act.
