(1) The Government may, if, it is of the opinion that it is expedient or necessary so to do in the interest of public, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to or alter or amend the Schedule and on any such notification being issued, the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly. (2) Every such notification, shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the Legislative Assembly. Power to remove difficulties
