Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Land Tribunal under sub-section (3) of section 10 or sub-section (2) of section 45, may, within +[thirty] days from the date of decision, appeal to the High Court: Provided that the High Court may admit an appeal presented after the expiration of the said period if it is satisfied that the party concerned had sufficient cause for not presenting the appeal within the said period.
