The net annual income from the land shall be the amount of fair rent less the land revenue. Explanation.- In this paragraph, 'land revenue' shall in respect of any land mean land tax levied in accordance with the Deliberation dated the 24th December, 1933 and includes 50% surcharge levied pursuant to the Deliberation dated the 20th September, 1950 and centimes additional, and charge for water, if any.
