Penalty for gaming in public street etc., -- Whoever is found gaming with cards, dice, counters, money or other instruments of gaming in any public street, place, or thorough fare or publicly fighting cocks shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month; and such instruments of gaming and moneys shall be forfeited.
