(1) Notwithstanding any agreement between a landowner and the cultivating tenant, or any decree or order of a Court, either party may, in case of dispute, apply to the Rent Court on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, for fixation of fair rent or for deciding any other dispute arising under this Act. (2) Any person aggrieved by the decision of a Rent Court, may, within such time and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal to the Rent Tribunal whose decision shall be final, subject to revision, if any under section 12. 532 Costs
