Fees to be computed to the nearest multiple of five paise. - In the determination and computation of the amount of fee payable under this Act, any fraction of five paise less than two and a half paise shall be disregarded and any fraction of five paise equal to, or exceeding, two and a half paise shall be regarded as five paise.
