Costs of inquiry and inspection.- Where an inquiry is held under section 75 or an inspection is made under section 76, the Registrar may, after giving the parties an opportunity of making their representations, apportion the costs, or such part of the costs as he may think right, between the society, the members or creditors demanding an inquiry or inspection, the officers or former officers of the society. Costs may also be awarded by the Registrar to the financing bank in the case of inspection under section 77, by the financing bank.
