Conversion

Conversion.- Any registered society may, in accordance with the rules made in this behalf and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the rules, resolve to convert itself into a registered society of a class different from the one to which it belongs: 56 Provided that where any amendment of the by-laws proposed by a society is in the opinion of the Registrar such as to convert the society into a society of a class different from the one to which it belongs, the Registrar may direct the society to take action under this section.
