Officers and employees of societies.- The Government may, in consultation with the Council.- (a) make rules for regulating the qualifications, duties and responsibilities, remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants of different classes of societies; (b) constitute boards for the recruitment of officers and servants required by the societies and to advise on matters relating to service conditions; and (c) direct any apex or central society to constitute and maintain a pool or common cadre of personnel to work as officers in the affiliated societies.
