Punishment for misuse of the properties of a registered society.- The committee of any registered society or an officer or an employee thereof who uses or allows the use of the properties of the society otherwise than in the manner prescribed in the rules and the by-laws or contravenes the provisions of section 70 in any manner shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
