Orders to be pronounced.- In cases where parties have been heard, the order, decision or award made or given by the Registrar or any officer or other person or a liquidator shall be pronounced on the day on which the case is finally heard or on some future day of which due notice shall be given to the parties. 118 CHAPTER – XVI OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
