National Council to follow consultative process.—The National Council shall follow a consultative process for determining the standards and for classification of clinical establishments in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed. CHAPTER III REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS FOR CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENTS
