Removal of catering establishments from the register. – An employer closing a catering establishment shall, within ten days of his doing so, notify to the inspector in writing of such closure. The Inspector shall, on receiving such notice and on being satisfied about its correctness, remove such catering establishment from the register of catering establishment and cancel the registration certificate.
