Only such candidates as are sent by the affiliated secondary or higher secondary or any such affiliated institutions and such other candidates as may be specifically permitted by the Board under the rules and regulations to be framed hereunder, shall be eligible to appear at the final examination or, any such examination to be conducted by the Board, subject to such conditions as may be specified from time to time by the Board and in such manner as may be prescribed. Conditions of service 41.(1) The emoluments and terms and conditions of service of all the employees of the Board shall be as may be prescribed. (2) All salaried officers and employees of the Board including those appointed by the Board for specified periods or for specified work or who receive remuneration such as allowances, fees or other payments from the Board’s Fund shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860). 413 Acting Chairman of the meetings
