Nothing in this Act shall apply to any place set up, established or continued by or on behalf of the Central Government or any State Government for the purchase, sale, storage, weighment, pressing or processing of any notified agricultural produce or to the purchase or sale of any notified agricultural produce by or on behalf of the Central Government or any State Government. Act to over ride other laws.
