Procedure for disposal of High Court of applications for release of newspapers and articles so detained.--

Every application made under the second provision to sub-Section (3) of Section 27-B shall be heard and determined in the manner provided by Sections 99 D to 99 F of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898)39, by a Special bench of the High Court constituted in the manner provided by Section 99 C of that Code. Ss. 27A-27D inserted by Act 14 of 1922, S. 6 and Sch.IV. Now see the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
