Section 20

Bar of legal proceedings

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. (2) No suit shall be maintainable in any civil court against the Central Government or a person acting as its agent under section 11 for the refund of any money paid or purporting to have been paid by way of premium on a policy of insurance taken out or purporting to have been taken out under this Act.
