If any sharer, after the issue of the proclamation mentioned in Section XXVI of this Act, shall fail to attend the Officer appointed to make the partition during the time the partition is being made, no objection taken by such sharer to the partition shall be heard, unless such sharer can show that his absence was not wilful, or unless for any good and sufficient reason it shall appear just and proper to allow him to be heard against the partition.
