Section 20

Appointment in place of arbitrator refusing, or being unable, to act.

If any person, on being appointed an arbitrator, shall refuse to act, or, after accepting the appointment, shall or become incapable of acting, another person shall be appointed arbitrator in his stead, in the same manner in which the first person was appointed.
