President, Vice-President and employees to be public servant. - (1) The President, the Vice-President and the employees of the Parishad shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The employees of the Parishad shall be governed by the Orissa Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1959.
