Inspecting and Superintending Officers of Parishad. - It shall be the duty of the Government and such officers or authorities as may be authorised by the Government to see that the proceedings of Parishads are in conformity with the provisions of this Act and the rules, and that the implementation of the decision taken therein and all actions taken by the Parishads for carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules are free from fraud, misappropriation, embezzlement and other criminal bearings. 16
