- S. 1This Act may be called the Western Orissa Development Council (Amendment) Act, 2003
- S. 2Section amends the long title and preamble of the Western Orissa Development Council Act, 2000, replacing "certain districts" with "certain areas."
- S. 3Replaces "such other area" with "any other area" in section 3 of the principal Act.
- S. 4Amends section 11 of the principal act to include additional districts as per section 3.
