(1) There shall be established by the Council a Fund to be called the Council Fuod. Fund to which shall be credited- ,(a) all slims of money paid to it or any grants made by the Governmmt for the purposes of this Act ; (6) -any grNUs that may be made by the G ovemmtnt of India or by any person or authority for the purpose of this Act; and (c) any other amount received by the Council from any other source.
