Any Officer or servant authariscd by thc Board in that behalf may disinfect, have any tank, pool 01. well, or disinfected aftcr noticc to the orvner or occupicr, tanksp pools if any, when it appears that such cleaning or disinfcctlon will prevent or chcck and wfllsn to spread of-any dangerous obcaae.
