( I ) Every person possessing a recognised to be rcgktered, veterinary quaacation may; subject to the provisions of this Act and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, apply to have his name : entered in the register. (2) A person who applies to have his name entered .m the register shall- (a) satisfy the Council th'at he is in possession of .a recognised veterinary quslification ; (b)- mention in his application the date on which he acquired the qualfication which entitles him to claim registration ; and (c). giye . the Council any other information wfiich may ,reat,onably- be required fc;r the purpose of registration.
