(1) If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any provision of this Act or any Statutes or as to whether a person has been duly appointed or nominated or is entitled to be a member of any authority of the University, the matter may be referred to the Chancellor. (2) The Chancellor shall, after taking such advice as deemed necessary, decide the question and such decision thereon shall be final.
