(1) The Dean of the Students’ welfare shall be a whole-time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Board. (2) The selection, terms of office, emoluments and other conditions of service of the Dean of the Students’ welfare shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) He shall exercise such powers as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Rules and Regulations, from time to time.
