Whoever wilfully signs or makes, or procures PcnaItyfor the signing or making of, a false certificate purporting signing making faha or to have been issued under any of the provisxons ofcrrtiiwt.. this Act, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may exbnd to six months, or with h e which may extend to one hundred rupees, or with both.
